The Sales Development Program is a twelve-month program designed to mold ambitious individuals into adept professionals equipped to thrive in executive recruiting.
This program offers a blend of intensive training and hands-on experience, strategically crafted to expose participants to high-level, high-pressure, real-world sales and business development opportunities.
Throughout the life of the program, you will partner directly with a tenured mentor from our team, offering personalized guidance and insights. This mentorship ensures that upon completion of the program, participants are ready to tackle every aspect of the executive recruiting role.
