At The Harrison Group, our Sales Development Program is designed for driven, early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in sales and executive search. This structured program provides hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and a clear path to becoming an Account Executive. You’ll be fully embedded in the business from day one.


What You’ll Do

  • Source, identify, and connect with top talent in the manufacturing space
  • Conduct outreach and introduce candidates to new opportunities
  • Evaluate candidate experience and alignment with client needs
  • Partner closely with a top-performing Account Executive on active searches
  • Create candidate presentations and support the hiring process end-to-end

Mentorship & Development

You’ll work directly alongside Austin Bohnsack, a tenured, high-producing Account Executive who is actively building and scaling a successful desk within our manufacturing division. This is a true, day-to-day partnership—you’ll be fully integrated into his workflow, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of the recruiting and sales process.

You’ll contribute to a desk that is already performing at a high level, playing a key role in helping expand its reach and impact. As you develop, you’ll support ongoing searches while also learning how to identify and create new opportunities within the market.

Over time, as you build your skill set and establish your own relationships, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your own book of business, with the support and guidance of an experienced producer.

This is not a passive training program—it’s an opportunity to learn directly from a proven performer while actively building the foundation for your own long-term success.
