Our client, a leading general contractor in the St. Louis area, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager (PM) to oversee project delivery from buyout to closeout. The PM will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leading project delivery from buyout to closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Cultivating collaborative relationships with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey project requirements and updates.
- Adhering to standard operating procedures and utilizing project management software for thorough documentation, task management, and communication.
- Managing project costs and collaborating closely with the project accounting team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting project management or a related field.
- Experience in multifamily housing, particularly affordable housing, is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a solutions-based mindset and a desire to grow as a leader.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore or similar platforms.
