Caroldean Ross joined the Harrison Group at the start of 2021 as a member of our construction team in Southern California. She brings with her an extensive knowledge base in both the construction industry, as well as in Construction Recruiting.
Caroldean began her career in the fashion industry, owning and operating high-end and designer retail stores in the LA/Palm springs area until 2015 when she decided to follow in her father’s footsteps, and merge her unique skillset into the Executive Search industry.
Having owned and operated her own businesses she worked closely with contractors though the building process, giving her specialized knowledge of what is important to a client when building a team, and the experience to understand the interworking’s of what construction organizations are looking for in a great candidate.
In her time as a recruiter, Caroldean has cemented herself as a go-to resource for construction companies throughout the west coast looking to grow their teams. She has built a vast pipeline of construction professionals that she has helped take the next step in their careers, and maintains a network with some of the strongest contractors in the market.
Having great conversations with people she wants to interact with, while making a difference in people’s lives is what motivates Caroldean to get out of bed in the morning.

Caroldean’s pride and joy is her son, Declan. She is his Den Leader for his Cub Scout Troup, and they enjoy camping and hiking together all-over Southern California where they call home. She is also an avid cyclist, and in her free time can be found on her custom detailed Cannondale, riding along the San Diego Coastline where she averages 50-150 Miles a week.
Finding a way to combine her love for cycling with her passion for helping others, Caroldean regularly participates in charity rides for causes close to hear heart. Her favorite Charity is YSC, Young Survival Coalition, a charity that strengthens the community, addresses the unique needs, amplifies the voice and improves the quality of life of young adults affected by breast cancer, locally, nationally and internationally.
Caroldean has raised over $50k for YSC sponsoring a team to ride in their 3-day, 300-mile ride down the coast. Learn more about YSC here: https://www.ysctourdepink.org/
