Camden began his career with Harrison Group in 2017 as a member of the manufacturing team. Camden has not only dedicated himself to becoming an expert in the wide variety of manufacturing disciplines across the Midwest, but he has also dedicated himself to becoming an expert in recruiting itself. This is evident by Camden earning the designation of CSAM in early 2020 — a designation awarded to recruiters who pass a rigorous five-part exam.
Camden has helped expand the manufacturing team’s reach throughout his time with HGI, developing strong relationships with organizations across the Midwest. Being located in Iowa, Camden has made a habit of visiting client facilities to get an up-close look at their business, and gain a better understanding of what his clients are looking for. This practice has allowed him to tell the most accurate story about his clients and has given him the ability to create the best possible matches for both his clients and candidates.

Camden enjoys spending time with his 2 dogs, Tango and Echo, and cycling around the Cedar Rapids area. When winter comes, Camden will ditch the bike and hit the slopes on his ski’s. He also enjoys spending time with friends, cooking, and catching the 5 o’clock happy hour.
