Job Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Harrison Group, you will be responsible for driving the company’s talent strategy, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best professionals in our industry. This role is critical in developing a pipeline of top talent, working closely with hiring managers, and promoting Harrison Group as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates in line with business needs.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from application to onboarding.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Employer Branding: Build and promote the Harrison Group employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Internship Programs: Manage internship programs to attract and nurture early-career talent.
  • Career Fairs & Campus Recruitment: Represent Harrison Group at career fairs, networking events, and university campuses to source emerging talent.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and modern sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities.
