Primary Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects, collaborating closely with the Project Director to develop and execute project plans. They will serve as the primary liaison between the client, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Architecture preferred; equivalent combination of education and field experience considered.
- 10-15 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction projects, with a preference for large-scale and retail experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Primavera Project and Contract Management, and BlueBeam.
- Strong understanding of various construction plans (electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, landscaping, architectural) and their impact on schedules, costs, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
