HGI is partnered with a top-tier leader in the distribution space that is seeking to add a Senior Case Manager to its emerging team. This organization is widely recognized for its white-glove service model supporting Member Firms and for its strong presence in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth markets.
In this role, the Senior Case Manager will work closely with member firms, clients, underwriters, and carriers to manage cases from pre-underwriting through policy placement, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience. Key highlights:
- Manage underwriting requirements, applications, and policy delivery
- Serve as the liaison between clients, producers, underwriters, and vendors
- Pre-screen insurability and recommend carriers/rate classes
- Support Broker Dealer submissions and licensing/contracting reviews
- Help refine processes and mentor junior case managers as the team grows
- Work closely with internal underwriting and carrier partners on best practices
