Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Maintain a database of clients, candidates, and prospects.
- Review resumes and conduct comprehensive phone assessments.
- Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean search strings, to identify passive candidates from various databases and online resources.
- Initiate strategic outreach campaigns to potential candidates and clients, engaging them through a mix of phone calls, InMail’s, emails, and text messages.
