The Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving long-term client success and fostering growth within the organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and an aptitude for learning new systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of clients, candidates, and prospects.
  • Review resumes and conduct comprehensive phone assessments.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean search strings (we provide training), to identify passive candidates from various databases and online resources.
  • Initiate strategic outreach campaigns to potential candidates and clients, engaging them through a mix of phone calls, InMail’s, emails, and text messages.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and guide clients and candidates through the process.
  • Assist in the negotiation of compensation packages and other employment terms.
