Our Client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Management: Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards as per the project strategy.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a brand representative, surpassing client expectations to uphold and enhance the Client's reputation.
- Coordination Expertise: Seamlessly coordinate field activities with office and administrative tasks to facilitate efficient project execution.
- Project Lifecycle Leadership: Take the lead in initiating new projects, managing startup paperwork, and guiding projects from inception to completion.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project superintendents, providing leadership to ensure construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
- Financial Management: Ensure timely submission of monthly payment applications, follow up on payments, and oversee financial aspects of projects.
- Document Control: Review and manage the distribution of all project documents, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to contractors and the Client's team.
- Business Development: Participate in business development activities to contribute to the organization’s growth.
- Safety Compliance: Demonstrate understanding of OSHA regulations, enforce safety practices, and maintain a secure workplace.
- On-Site Supervision: Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions, including scheduling, engineering, material control, and administrative tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality process throughout the project to ensure adherence to standards and successful project completion.
- Documentation: Manage the as-built drawing process and O&M process, ensuring accurate documentation for stakeholders.
- Proactive Financial Planning: Prepare documents for the monthly projection process and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and capabilities.
- Proven track record of successful project execution.
- OSHA 10-hour and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.
- Prior experience with Procore preferred.
