PROJECT MANAGER

Joining a dynamic team in one of the 45 offices across the US, the Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with over 1500 professionals to shape the world around us. In this role, you'll work closely with industry experts in the Construction Practice, partnering with seasoned leaders to deliver high-quality solutions to clients in the food, beverage, and life science manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to close-out, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with in-house design teams, licensed professional engineers, governing authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Generate accurate monthly project control reports and manage project risks associated with contracts and insurance.
  • Coordinate the contractor bidding process and review subcontractor contracts and proposals.
  • Oversee project safety and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Lead progress meetings and analyze subcontractor change requests.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of construction experience, including 8 years as a construction manager in industrial structures.
  • Experience with A&E design-build firms and industrial projects in relevant industries preferred.
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Timberline, AutoCAD, or Revit software systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification required; construction project management certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for project requirements and relocate to the local area if necessary.
