The Harrison Group Manufacturing team has been retained by a growing manufacturer in the Minneapolis area to bring on a Project engineer to support their product development efforts. This organization has recently inked a number of major deals that have led to significant growth opportunities for the company and need strong engineering talent to support and realize that growth.
This position will have the opportunity to be involved with various aspects of the project process. They will interface with clients to get a clear understanding of their needs and put that information through the product development process, develop the processes necessary to produce the product and put that result through the testing process until the final product is bullet-proof and ready to deliver to the client.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Engineering experience
- Mechanical Design experience is required
- Strong understanding of the production process from ideation through final delivery
- Ability to communicate with clients, understand their needs and expectations
