We have partnered with a leading electric motor manufacturer in the Greater Milwaukee area to find a Manufacturing Operations Manager. Our Client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to drive their production forward and foster growth within their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost reductions, enhance operational efficiency, and implement lean principles.
- Manage order fulfillment, scheduling, inventory optimization, and quality control to meet customer demands.
- Conduct time-motion studies, implement data collection systems, and monitor inventory levels.
- Facilitate training and certification programs for operators and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Optimize equipment maintenance strategies, oversee facility maintenance, and ensure operator safety.
- Cultivate a positive work environment, provide effective communication, and implement employee recognition programs.
- Design and manage work schedules to optimize productivity and reduce overtime.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plant management.
- Bilingual proficiency required.
