Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent, with 5+ years in heavy industrial maintenance supervision.
- Proficient in systems development, cost management, project oversight.
- Experienced in maintenance scheduling and preventive programs.
- Skilled in team leadership, communication, and interpersonal relations.
- Technical expertise in manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems.
