Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by conducting outbound phone calls and hosting web-based sales meetings to promote our client's life insurance products.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of life insurance offerings to effectively position our client's products.
- Build trust with clients by asking insightful questions to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Achieve business objectives aligned with sales growth, producer engagement, and profitability targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of one year of sales or financial services industry experience.
- Valid life insurance license.
- FINRA Series 6/7, or commitment to obtain within 12 months of hire.
- FINRA Series 63, or commitment to obtain within 12 months of hire.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and listening abilities.
- Technical proficiency to comprehend and convey new product and process concepts.
- Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, adapt to change, and demonstrate forward-thinking.
