What You’ll Do
- Client Management: Advise organizations on high-stakes leadership hiring decisions
- Business Development: Engage with industry leaders to understand evolving hiring needs, market trends and advise on hiring strategy
- Lead Executive Searches: Own the full search lifecycle from market mapping and candidate outreach through assessment, offer negotiation, and close
- Assess and Deliver Top Talent: Evaluate senior candidates for technical and leadership fit while collaborating internally to deliver highly vetted, high-impact hires
