Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to manage audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial tools; ERP system experience is a plus.
