The Engineering Director will lead all design and engineering teams globally, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic vision. Responsibilities include developing business plans, monitoring performance metrics, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.
- 10+ years of management experience.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with ISO-compliant processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Additional Preferred Requirements:
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Experience with 3D CAD software.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
