Our Client, a leading player in the dairy industry, is actively seeking a results-driven Director of Operations to oversee and enhance their operational processes. In this role, the Director of Operations will collaborate closely with the President to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team comprising production supervisors and maintenance staff, to achieve operational excellence across various key areas.

- Collaborate with the President to facilitate the ongoing operations of the business.
- Lead and inspire a team of production supervisors and maintenance staff to optimize operational efficiency.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between departments to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
- Regularly evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide strategic direction in critical areas such as safety, quality, sanitation, cost management, and customer service.
- Drive initiatives to improve performance across all operational facets in alignment with business targets and growth objectives.
