We have partnered with a leading carrier in the Life Insurance industry to find an experienced Life Underwriter to join their team on contract. This organization is an A+ rated, top 10 life insurance carrier in the nation, and has a long track record of success in the Life Underwriting space.
This position offers a flexible schedule, is fully remote, and has the opportunity to choose between full or part-time hours (20-40 hours/week). The contract will last through the end of the year, with the possibility to get extended or covert into a permanent position. This role will be responsible for analyzing, appraising, and classifying life insurance applicants. As well as building strong relationships with agents, and being able to effectively communicate well with them.
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of individual life underwriting experience
- $2+ Million approval limit
- Prior experience working remotely
- Strong communication and organizational skills
