Join our client's team as a Construction Superintendent, where you'll play a vital role in coordinating, planning, and supervising assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities within your discipline. This role is instrumental in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement strategies to ensure project materials, equipment, and inspections align with the project schedule.
- Review construction documents for completeness and constructability, coordinating plans with design engineers to resolve discrepancies.
- Lead the development and management of project schedules, including three and six-week look-ahead schedules.
- Develop site logistics plans and oversee the utilization of company tools and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with project partner superintendents to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade experience.
- Minimum of eight years of construction experience, including two years in a supervisory role.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills with an openness to diverse input and feedback.
