CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Our Client, an innovative leader in the Cleveland manufacturing space, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join their executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors, the COO will play a critical role in driving strategic growth, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellence across all divisions as the company expands its reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic operational plans to support international expansion and enhance market presence across all business units.
  • Revenue Growth and Operational Excellence: Drive ambitious revenue targets while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality across all divisions.
  • Culture and Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and peak performance to support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Supply Chain and Workforce Management: Oversee comprehensive supply chain, production, and workforce planning to effectively support both domestic and international operations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams across all divisions to maximize market penetration and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure financial sustainability and enhanced profitability through strategic initiatives and optimal resource management across all business entities.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role, ideally within manufacturing or related sectors.
  • Broad understanding of business operations, including HR, Finance, Marketing, and other key functions across multiple industries.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and business development, with a focus on international expansion.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics across varied business units.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
