Our construction team is partnering with an award winning CM firm, working throughout Southern California region to bring DSA experienced PM, and Sr. PM roles to their team of professionals. This position will be overseeing onsite construction from start to finish. Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling all daily construction activities. Communication between Owners, and trades is a key element of this role, and thus written as well as verbal skills are a high priority to bring to the table.
- 15 years relevant field management experience with at least 5 years managing DSA, Higher education, or K-12 projects, active campus Design/Build procurement experience
- CCM certification, PE, or EIT
- Experience managing projects over $50MM
- Strong written, oral communication skills
