:Our client is in search of a dedicated Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project execution, managing project controls, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful completion of assigned projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects, including project team members, project engineering, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to project engineers to support their professional growth.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of project scope and ensure meticulous attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage cost control, billing, collections, change management, cash flows, and prepare monthly status reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and architects, fostering strong relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Encourage and support collaborative efforts within the project team and self-perform work group.
- Take ownership of project completion, financial performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
