The Harrison Group team of Construction Recruiters is partnering with a well-established GC in Eastern Iowa to help them add a strong Project Manager to their team. This organization has a strong reputation in the market and has a tremendous backlog of work from repeat clients in their pipeline.
This position will work closely with teams across the project to oversee the planning and execution of the construction process. They will build relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other key partners to ensure projects are completed on time, and within budget constraints.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Project Management Experience
- Able to run a complete project on their own
- Team leader, able to mentor team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
