The Harrison Group Construction team is partnering with a strong developer/builder in the Northern Virginia area to help them add a project manager to their team. This position will be responsible for the oversite and management of tenant interior and capital improvement construction projects. They will oversee various teams internally and externally to ensure project requirements are met, issues that arise are quickly remedied, and projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Project Management/Construction Management Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience working with government agencies/contractors
- TS/SCI clearance is a plus
- Experience with various project management software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera Suretrak software)
