We are working with an established organization in the Los Angeles area in need of an Assistant Controller for their team. This is a family run organization that values their collaborative culture they have built, and their customer focused approach to business.
This position will be responsible handling the organizations accounting duties, weekly payroll, and workers compensation audits and reporting. As well as supervising the accounting team and supporting the leadership team with various projects.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with vendor and staff leadership
- Experience with construction accounting software
