Tyler Turner is Senior Director of Business Strategy at Harrison Group Inc., where he leads the operations, data infrastructure, and strategic planning that power the firm’s executive recruiting practice.
Tyler joined Harrison Group in 2016 as an Account Executive specializing in Financial Services and Construction recruiting. Within a year he had identified a gap in how the firm managed its data and recruiting infrastructure — and moved into a newly created role to build it from scratch. That foundation still supports the organization today.
Since joining HGI’s leadership team in 2020, Tyler has helped guide the firm through its most significant growth period, scaling operations to support a team that more than doubled in size. At peak, he was responsible for operational infrastructure across three companies and 50 employees simultaneously — overseeing data systems, onboarding, and business processes across all of them.
Today Tyler owns internal operations, data systems, strategic planning, and team enablement for Harrison Group — serving as the firm’s senior operational leader. He has been the architect of the onboarding systems that have brought every HGI recruiter up to speed since 2019, and continues to refine those systems as the firm evolves.
