Kyle Cole brings a strong foundation in business and a passion for connecting people to his role as a Recruiter at HGI. A graduate of Coe College with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics, he combines his understanding of business dynamics with a genuine desire to help others advance their careers.

In his role, Kyle is focused on identifying high-performing talent and matching them with companies where they can make an immediate and lasting impact. He’s driven by the opportunity to guide individuals through meaningful career moves while helping businesses grow with the right people in the right roles. With a commitment to results, relationship-building, and delivering value, he approaches recruiting as both a strategic business function and a chance to make a difference.

Prior to joining HGI, Kyle worked at Bennett Explosives, Inc. and was actively involved in volunteer efforts with organizations like Erskine Elementary, STEAM Academy, the Boys and Girls Club, and Special Olympics—demonstrating his ongoing commitment to service and community impact.

His competitive nature and solution-oriented mindset make him a strong asset to both candidates and clients alike.
