Chris Meyer is Senior Vice President of Recruiting at Harrison Group, where he leads the firm’s Commercial Construction Recruiting and Financial Services Recruiting divisions nationwide. Since joining HGI in 2013, Chris has helped build one of the company’s most successful executive search practices, partnering with Commercial Construction companies, General Contractors, Developers, and Financial Services organizations to identify and attract top industry talent.
Chris specializes in construction executive search, construction recruiting, and financial services recruiting, with a particular focus on Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Project Executives, Operations Leaders, and other key professionals across all sectors of commercial building construction. His team works with organizations ranging from emerging regional contractors to some of the nation’s largest construction firms, helping clients solve critical hiring challenges through customized recruiting strategies and targeted talent acquisition efforts.
Over the course of his recruiting career, Chris has personally completed more than 300 professional placements and was a 12 time Pacesetter awarded winner. Chris moved from personally recruiting into a leadership role in 2018. Today, Chris oversees recruiting strategy, team development, and client partnerships across Harrison Group’s construction and financial services practices. The teams that Chris leads have made over 1000 placements and boast an 85% repeat client rate. His reputation for delivering high-quality candidates, building long-term relationships, and producing consistent recruiting results has made him a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives across the United States.
