Evan Griffith joined Harrison Group Inc. as an Account Executive in the firm’s Financial Services practice, specializing in recruiting across the insurance and financial services industry. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, as well as a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership, both from Liberty University. Before joining HGI, Evan spent four years at Liberty University in alumni relations and development, where he managed portfolios of high-net-worth executives and C-suite leaders, driving strategic partnerships and cultivating relationships at the highest levels of business. That background gave him a deep understanding of how to engage decision-makers, uncover what matters most to them, and build the kind of trust that leads to long-term results.
Evan was drawn to recruiting because of the meaningful role it plays in people’s lives. He believes some of the most important relationships a person forms are those between an employee and their employer, and he takes that responsibility seriously.
